In these times of global uncertainty due to the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we would like to share our plans of how maintain consistency of our services to you, our valued clients since the last year.
In brief, it’s business as usual for us at Thor Solutions and all our team members and affiliates. The only noteworthy difference is that, as per the government directives and guidelines and our own internal policies for the safety of our team and associates we’ll be avoiding in-person meetings where possible and practical, in favour of video conferencing and phone calls.
As a digital technology company, remote working is normal for us, so we’re particularly fortunate in this regard.
All staff are currently required to work from home, in support of their own health and/or those of their friends and families, until further notice.
Naturally we’re encouraging all team members to keep up-to-date with best practice official government health advice, and to act accordingly.
In the unlikely event that one or more of our team members are unable to work their normal hours then, just as we would normally, we’ll promptly advise any clients whose projects may be impacted, and we’ll manage accordingly, on a case-by-case basis.
